Not a natural formation but ground moved by people: embankments, old quarries with their spoil, earthworks along roads, levelled and re-laid parcels. It is at most a few centuries old and often only a few decades. What it contains depends entirely on what was brought in, from clean limestone rubble to mixed construction soil with foreign material.

For the vine. Nothing general can be said about it. Permeability, depth and lime content vary from parcel to parcel and sometimes within a single parcel, and compaction by machinery is a common problem. For the map this code mainly means that the natural subsoil here has been disturbed or covered over.
